The hotel has a nice view outside the glass-walled rooms and is very clean and comfortable. Although not a five-star hotel, it provides a comfortable stay. The lack of working AC and lamps was quickly addressed by the attentive staff.

The hotel room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful and spacious, despite the initial smoking smell issue that was remedied promptly. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the city within reach of Coopmart for convenient shopping. The dining experience had its drawbacks, especially with the breakfast, but was not a deal-breaker due to the pleasant service and facilities provided.

I have traveled extensively and stayed in five-star hotels around the world, and I must say this hotel falls short of that standard. The rooms, although spacious with a nice view outside the door, were not equipped with AC that worked, and some of the bedside lamps were faulty. However, the glass wall design was interesting and provided a good view.

Despite these drawbacks, the staff at Coopmart were super nice, although lacking in cooking knowledge. The location is convenient for shopping at Coopmart next door, and the dining experience, while offering some unique local dishes, was hit and miss with poorly prepared eggs and diluted orange juice.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and offered a good view, but the lack of a working AC and faulty lamps by the bed was disappointing. Despite not being a five-star hotel, the room was clean and comfortable.
